The company has two pillars : Education and Strategic Consulting to Corporates.
We work with many educational institutions worldwide building partnerships between different educational institutions from junior high all the way through Universities. We conceptualize educational abroad programs, coordinate operational and managerial activities, and support execution of the programs.
Through our Global Internship Program, we provide strategic advice to companies to help them grow their human capital through internship programs that we supervise and train. This provides opportunities for students from abroad to find multiple opportunities across varying industries while allowing companies to evaluate the students over time to engage them as full time employees. Many of our interns have already joined some of the major global companies throughout the world.
Our other primary activity includes providing strategic consulting to companies trying to enter the Japanese market looking for partners and establishing a foundation in Japan. Our clients include both public and private companies, including venture companies that have received their initial funding. We bring our expertise by helping our clients find strategic partners, keep initial investments low through finding appropriate assets and allocating appropriate multi-lingual employees.
